Marketplace purpose
Buddy Mail Marketplace is a free consumer guide featuring local businesses, advertiser offers, events, restaurants, home services and things to do. We provide information and links for convenience; we are not a party to transactions between users and listed businesses, advertisers or event organizers.
Listing and offer accuracy
We work to keep information useful and accurate, but listings, ratings, reviews, photos, prices, offers, expiration dates, hours and event details can change. Google ratings and other third-party information may update automatically. Confirm material details directly with the applicable business or organizer before purchasing, traveling or attending.
Advertiser offers are subject to the terms printed in the applicable Buddy Mail publication or supplied by the advertiser. A listing does not guarantee availability, eligibility, acceptance or a particular result.
Event submissions
Anyone may submit an event for review. By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and grant Buddy Mail Marketplace permission to review, edit, display and promote the submitted information. Submission does not guarantee publication. We may decline, correct, archive or remove content at our discretion.
Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful, personal and informational purposes. You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or misleading material, scrape the site in a way that burdens its systems, impersonate another person or use the site to violate another party’s rights.
Content and intellectual property
The Marketplace design, branding and original content are owned by or licensed to Buddy Mail. Advertiser names, logos, advertisements, photos and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. No rights are granted except the limited right to access and use the site under these terms.
Third-party links and services
The site may link to businesses, maps, publications, ticketing services, social networks and other third-party resources. Buddy Mail Marketplace does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, policies, products or services.
Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Buddy Mail disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Use of the site and reliance on its content are at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Buddy Mail and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the site, third-party services, listings, offers, events or interactions with businesses.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms or modify the Marketplace from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
